Presenters:

John Coogan brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit technology to the CharityEngine team. As our Vice President of Client Services, he works with internal teams to ensure we are continuously refining our technology to meet the needs of our clients. John also helps educate our clients on different ways he has used technology to substantially benefit nonprofit organizations.

CharityEngine’s team first met John when he was the Director of Technology and Digital Fundraising at Wounded Warrior Project, which remains a client more than 10 years later. Other accomplishments include serving in executive roles at Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, Folded Flag Foundation, and The Animal Foundation in Las Vegas.

John is an Army veteran and graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point. He received his Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin. John lives in Las Vegas with his two children but travels to the CharityEngine offices regularly.

Megan Gill is a Sr. Project Manager at CharityEngine with project management experience within two Fortune 500 organizations. Megan’s experience is focused on creating strategy to improve customer support, operations, and business strategy. Megan is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Xavier University. Megan is highly skilled in organizational effectiveness, program development & management, process improvement and change management.

Megan’s passion to support non-profit organizations brought her to CharityEngine – blending her professional experience with her passion for “Powering the good to be good.” Megan supports non-profit clients with the transition to CharityEngine’s software, providing guidance and support to collaboratively guide teams through all aspects of the transition process.

Megan resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband. She actively supports her community through a variety of volunteering and mentoring efforts to work with others for the common good and bringing beliefs and hope into action in the greater Cincinnati area.
