AFP FL, Florida Indian River Chapter
AFP Indian River promotes professional development, networking and volunteer opportunities for local fund development professionals, and is committed to diversity as an ongoing proactive process in its governance, committees, membership, programs and activities.
The Chapter's mission is to advance ethical philanthropy through education, peer support and advocacy, thus enabling individuals and organizations to better serve the diverse communities and people of Indian River County. The chapter holds regular educational sessions on various topics, and each November the chapter presents its National Philanthropy Day Celebration.
Born out of the Treasure Coast AFP Chapter in 2006, AFP Indian River now has over 80 members, which reflects a cross-section of Indian River County's nonprofit community, as well as the consultants and resource partners who serve our industry.
