Frank is a fundraiser at heart who found his way into supporting nonprofits through creative software solutions. Frank got his start as a student telethon fundraiser and joined Gratavid after serving as Senior Donor Advisor at The Greater Twin Cities United Way. He serves on the AFP MN Board of Directors and NMU Alumni Association Board, and obtained his CFRE in 2019 after 8 years in the nonprofit sector as a fundraiser and has been in the space for more than 14 years.

Kristy Rousseau is a professional fundraiser with two decades of experience spanning the healthcare, post-secondary and international development sectors. A leader in philanthropy and fundraising innovation, Kristy is known for challenging the status quo, managing change, and her passion for the charitable sector. Currently serving as the Vice-President of Philanthropy at Operation Smile Canada, Kristy spearheads transformative initiatives to support patients and families across 35 countries. With her extensive experience and strategic vision, she plays a key role in Operation Smile Canada’s executive leadership team and, over the past three years has developed systems to support OSC’s quickly growing philanthropy channels: legacy giving, major gifts, mid-level giving and corporate partnerships. Kristy is a self-described adventure addict who enjoys great food, good coffee, and spending time outdoors.

Jessica L. Whatley is a professional fundraiser who has spent most of her fundraising experience within Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies. She began working for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham in 2013 and fell in love with the impact of mentoring. Jessica spent six years at the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization in Birmingham, Alabama in their PR & Marketing Director and Chief Development Officer roles. Within the Birmingham organization she was able to be a part of raising over 5 million dollars, beginning a planned giving program, monthly giving program, and holding three successful fundraising events each year. In November of 2018, Jessica received her Certified Fundraising Executive certification. She took on the CEO role of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga in 2019 and has been a part of their fundraising efforts including a capital campaign for a remodel and expansion of the Warner Mentoring Hub.
