In this live, interactive deep dive workshop, we will guide you through creating a program design blueprint (a logic model) that you can use to write all of your grants, whether foundation or government. We will look at specific successful examples to provide you with a variety of ways to present your organization’s programs and projects, and their impact, in a clear and concise logic model.

Presented by: Diane Leonard, GPC, RST

Diane Leonard is a Grant Professional Certified, Approved Trainer of the Grant Professionals Association, and a Registered Scrum Trainer. Diane began her career as a Program Officer for a state-wide grantmaking organization. Since 2006, when she formed DH Leonard Consulting, Diane and her team have secured more than $99 million dollars in competitive grant awards and Diane has personally trained more than 70,000 nonprofit professionals.
